| Special Meeting - Inside Wiremen - Tuesday February 23

A Special Called Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 5:30 pm to discuss the allocation of the increase as called for effective June 01, 2010 per the Inside Wiremen's Collective Bargaining Agreement. Due to the current economic status of Santa Clara Valley, there will be recommended changes to the Agreement.
Please attend this important meeting to hear and discuss the issues at hand. A vote will be taken
