National Electrical Benefit Fund The National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) was established as the result of an agreement reached between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the National Electrical Contractors Association on September 3, 1946. The NEBF provides eligible individuals with a pension or disability benefit which is separate from Social Security or any other pension benefit to which he or she may be entitled.
