Residential Apprenticeship Think About Your Future Todays homeowners want the latest, most up-to-date technology in their homes. But who makes it happen? It starts with the Residential Wiremen, who install and connect electrical systems in homes, condos and apartments. The Santa Clara County JATC trains the Residential Wiremen on how to install and maintain basic electrical and power distribution systems within a residential environment. Residential Wireman apprentices complete a three-year training program. To qualify for the apprenticeship, you must fulfill the following requirements:
