Diana Ayers

Newly-Elected Executive Board Member

“I will help our local thrive in this current boom and represent ALL members equally. We all know work isn’t always guaranteed, and some members aren’t treated fairly. My goal is to ensure everyone has a voice and will be heard. This local has given us so much, including an amazing lifestyle, and it is imperative we give back. Everyone should be involved in our union. Volunteering and showing up not only helps our local, it builds the bonds of brother- and sisterhood. That is how we will stay strong.”

Alyssa Brown Malloy

Reelected Executive Board Member

“I truly appreciate the opportunity to represent my fellow brothers and sisters on the executive board and at the international convention. I will strive to ensure that our bylaws/constitution are upheld and maintain oversight of 332’s funds. I encourage members to show up and participate, not only at our monthly/allocation meetings, but at the multitude of events put on by our local and our various committees. To truly stand united, we need to know and care about our fellow brothers and sisters.”

Dalton DeCoursey

Newly-Elected Executive Board Member

“I want every 332 brother and sister to feel like they’ve got a voice. And if someone’s too shy or doesn’t feel comfortable speaking up, I’ll speak up for them. My goals are pretty simple: learn the job, be available to all our members, and stay transparent. I’m also going to push for better attendance at our union meetings. The more of us that show up and stay involved, the stronger we are when it comes to bargaining, and the better we’ll be at bringing up the next generation of IBEW electricians.”

Pete Reyes Jr.

Newly-Elected Executive Board Member

“I would like to thank membership for trusting me to serve as an executive board officer and delegate to the IBEW International Convention. It is important to me that every member has a voice in our local, and I will work hard to ensure that every member is heard. Strength in our local comes from membership, not from a select few. Please continue to stay involved.”

Basil L. Romero Jr.

Reelected Executive Board Member

“It is a profound responsibility to fiercely advocate for every member, from S&C to resi to material handlers to JWs. I will safeguard our jurisdiction, execute my duties fairly on the trial board, and maintain strict fiduciary oversight of 332’s funds. I will also represent 332 voices at the 41st International Convention. Our strength as a union relies entirely on our collective action to protect our standards and drive our brother and sisterhood forward for the next generation. Get involved!”
